Cant asces the WC-Hosting Website...

Today i tied to sign up for a free website at WC Hosting and discovred that i cant use the website becouse its to heavy on css my old browser and computer simply throw a "unsuported" Error when i try and get on the website and its pissing em off why would a hosting website for the working class make there website so styled that some parts of their target demograthic cant acses it it seems very stupid to me and im wondering if there is any alternatives???
